We are here to support members of the Latino community by means of education, resources & leadership opportunities through development & empowerment.
What does L.E.A.D. do?
We work for community, unity, and progress! By providing:
- Resources— regarding health, housing, and immigration, among others.
- Events— including Hispanic Heritage Festival and Christmas Family Gatherings (Fiestas Navideñas en Familia).
- Education—guidance regarding school, high school completion, higher education, and career pathway certificates.
- Information/News — providing accurate information surrounding current events affecting our communities.
- Mentoring — including coaching and support for the community from childhood to adulthood in life skills, education, and acculturation.

Being a minority in any country has its challenges, but we believe that if we are able to come together as a community those challenges can be overcome. Most importantly, our communities become richer when everyone progresses.
By standing together, we can bring out the best possible future for everyone.

Funds raised will go towards funding various projects including: providing resources, events (such as Hispanic Heritage Festival and Christmas Family Gathering), education, information/news, and mentoring. We also hope to provide scholarships in the future to assist graduating seniors fulfill their dream of going to college.
